Ordered shoes for a trip. Paid extra for faster shipping too. Then the tracking just sat there. No updates for days. Delivery date changed twice.
Customer service wasn’t much help. Just told me to wait and check back. The package finally came, but I was already gone. Shoes might be okay. Still, I wouldn’t order from Naturalizer again if I needed something on time.

"Same shoes fit completely different"
I’ve bought Naturalizer shoes before and always pretty much knew what to expect, but lately the sizing has been all over the place. I ordered my usual size, and one pair was way too tight while another felt like it was at least a half size too big.
It’s frustrating because you assume the fit will be reliable, but now it feels like a guessing game. Having to deal with returns is just a hassle, so I’m probably not ordering from naturalizer.com again for a while.

I ordered a pair from Naturalizer because I needed something cute but comfortable for work, and at first I was happy with them. They felt good right out of the box, the fit was spot on, and they looked nice with my usual office outfits.
After a few months, though, I started noticing the sole wearing down and some stitching coming loose near the side. I’m not exactly trekking miles in them every day, so that was a bummer, especially for the price. They’re not terrible shoes, but I definitely expected them to last a bit longer. 3 stars from me.

"Checkout just kept failing"
My card got declined twice for some reason, and then my cart just emptied itself. It was really annoying, especially since I had to start over

"Arrived in good shape"
My order from Naturalizer showed up packaged well. The shoe box was tucked inside another box, so nothing was crushed or all messy when I opened it. I also liked that they didn’t overdo it with a bunch of extra packing stuff. I’m giving it 4 stars because the outside box had a small dent, but the shoes themselves were totally fine, so it wasn’t really a big deal. Sorta just worth mentioning.

"Customer service didn’t really help"
I reached out because I had a simple question about my order, and I don’t think I was being unreasonable at all. The response I got felt like they barely read what I wrote and just sent some generic answer that didn’t actually help. I ended up having to repeat myself, which got frustrating. I get that customer service can be busy, but if I’m taking the time to ask clearly, I expect at least a real response. it felt like more hassle than it was worth.

"Easy return, just a little slow"
I had to send back a pair that didn’t fit quite right, and the return process on naturalizer.com was straightforward. I was able to get the return label without any trouble, which I appreciated. The refund took a bit longer than I was hoping for, but it did come through in the end. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d just love to see it move a little faster next time.

I had to wait a bit, which was annoying, and I don’t usually trust customer service to actually make things simple. But the exchange ended up going smoothly, so I can’t complain too much.

I got these thinking they’d be a good comfy pair for work, but yeah... the arch support is pretty much non-existent. After a few hours my feet were already hurting. Kinda disappointing, especially since I expected better from naturalizer.

"Cute at first, but really disappointing"
I bought a pair of flats and thought they looked really cute when they arrived. But after about two weeks, the stitching already started coming loose, and the sole looks like it was glued on in a rush. For what I paid, I expected much better quality. They just feel cheap now, and I don’t really trust customer service to do much about it based on how these turned out. Definitely not buying again.

"Sales are decent when they actually work"
The discounts can be nice sometimes, but the promo code nonsense is hit or miss. Half the time, those coupon jokers won’t let the code work on the stuff I actually want, which is annoying.

I was trying to order a pair of shoes, the whole website experience was a hassle. At least for me, the pages were loading really slowly, the filters reset a couple of times, and checkout completely froze on my phone. I got tired of dealing with it and ended up buying from another site instead

"Cute shoes, but not great for walking"
I bought these thinking they’d be nice for everyday walking, but uh, my feet were hurting after about 20 minutes. The soles feel hard and there really isn’t much support. They look cute enough, but comfort-wise they just didn’t work for me.

I ordered my usual size, but these were so tight I could barely walk around the house in them. The fit was odd overall too, somehow short in length but wide in the wrong places. Maybe they work for some people, but for me the sizing was way off. Super annoying to have to return shoes that should’ve fit based on the size chart.

I wore these all day at work and my feet felt great by the end of the day. They’re really comfortable and easy to walk around in. The only thing that bugged me was the shipping took longer than I expected, and I got frustrated waiting for them to show up.

I ordered a pair of naturalizer flats after checking the product details and sizing info, and the description was spot on. I’ve bought flats before that looked cute but had zero support, so I was glad these actually had the cushioning they mentioned.
They’re comfortable enough for workdays and look nice with most of my office outfits. The only small thing is that the color looked a bit different in person than it did in the photo, but it wasn’t enough to make me want to return them.
Shipping took longer than I expected, which was a little frustrating, so I’d take off a star for that. Overall though, I’m happy with them and would probably order from them again.
